Will Reclaim's outreach feel like spam to my prospects?
No. The system is trained on your top-performing reps' messaging, calibrated to your brand voice, and gated by human-in-the-loop approval thresholds you control. Most customers can't tell which messages were drafted by the system versus their own SDRs — which is the point.
Do you replace our existing SDR team?

How do you handle our customer data?
Your data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Customer-managed keys are available on enterprise plans. Critically, your data never trains shared models — your private model is yours alone. We're SOC 2 Type II audited annually and ISO 27001 certified.
What if a buyer asks to speak to a human?

Which CRMs do you support?

What happens to leads we explicitly don't want contacted?
Suppression-list inheritance is a first-class feature. Reclaim respects your existing exclusions, do-not-contact lists, GDPR opt-outs, and account-level holds. You can also exclude leads by any custom field, segment, or rule — applied before the model even scores them.
How is success measured?
